Day 7
Perform each exercise for 30-seconds consecutively and repeat entire circuit for a total of 5 sets. You may take up to 1-2 minute rest between circuits as
needed.

Modification:
The pushups can be done from the knees. Start out on your toes and if you need
to transition to your knees then do so but don’t just stop. With any exercise try to transition from
a difficult to a modified position to see if you can complete the time or
repetitions suggested above.
