I hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas!
Now it's time to kick up our heels.
It's been another full week of workouts and if you've done them all your body deserves a weekend of rest. As much as you want to sit around and play with your new Christmas gadgets and eat leftover, you should make some time to go for a walk or do a little yoga. Go back to day 13 for yoga or other ideas. Keep moving!!
For those of you that may have missed some workouts this week, this is not time to rest. Use these days to catch up and stay motivated. I admit I missed yesterdays workout myself. But we did make it out for an 8 mile bike ride. It was cold and windy but a beautiful Christmas day in the South Bay!
