Day 19 & 20
I've posted workouts every day this week and if you've done them all your body deserves a weekend of rest. Rest doesn't mean sit and binge watch your favorite show on Netflix...you still have to move. Go back to day 13 for yoga or other ideas. I don't care what you do just keep moving!!
For those of you that may have missed some workouts this week, this is not time to rest. Use these days to catch up and stay motivated.
